Millet with Carrots

Grate the cleaned carrots and sauté briefly in oil. Season the vegetable soup heartily and add. Add the washed millet to the boiling clear soup, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Before serving, carefully stir in the nut puree and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
