Sauté the leeks with the ham cubes. Make the peas in the vegetable soup about 30 min. Add the peppers, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes to the peas. Add the fried ham cubes with the leek. Cook for another 30 minutes. Cut the pepper bites into slices and heat them up. Season with salt, pepper and sambal oelek to taste.
