Cut all ingredients into pieces of about the same size. Mix in a baking dish with the remoulade. The leaf salad tastes best if you let it sit for one night. Add salt to taste.

For vegetarians, omit the ham.

Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
