A cake recipe for all foodies:
Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
Bring the butter, water, sugar and cocoa powder to the boil in a saucepan, then cool. Mix the eggs with the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour, then stir in the cooled mixture from the saucepan.
Line a sand cake baking pan (loaf pan) with parchment paper, pour in the batter and bake for about 60 min.
Cool the cake, then mix a tiny bit of milk with powdered sugar to a creamy amount and spread evenly on the cake.
Serve with whipped cream.
