For lava spouting volcano preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
For the chocolate cakes, cream the butter with the yolks and sugar until well fluffy. Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff.
Stir the nuts, the biscuit crumbs together with the rum into the beaten egg whites. Finally, carefully fold in the snow.
Grease the small cake pans with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake in a water bath (fill a baking pan with about 3 cm of water) for about 25 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the chocolate sauce. Heat the whipping cream and slowly melt the chocolate in it.
Pour the chocolate sauce over the cooled cakes and place a tablespoon of red fruit jelly on top.
A lava-spewing volcano is ready.
