For the chocolate puku, preheat the oven to 170 °C top and bottom heat. Carefully melt the chocolate. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until firm.

Mix flour with baking soda and salt. Cream soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add egg yolks and beat until thick and fluffy.

Stir in melted chocolate, lemon juice and eggnog. Gently fold in beaten egg whites and flour. Pour mixture into greased and floured springform pan and bake for about 40 minutes.

Let cool and turn out of the pan. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Cut cake in half (preferably with a strong thread) and place one part back in the pan.

Spread 2/3 of the hot pudding on top, place the second cake part in the mold and spread the remaining pudding on top.

Sprinkle with the chocolate flakes and let cool. Before removing the edge of the springform pan, use a knife to loosen the cake from the pan.
