Cut mushrooms into thin slices. Finely dice onion and crush garlic. Clean arugula and cut into coarse pieces. Heat a little oil, add garlic and onion and sauté. Add mushrooms and sauté as well. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, add, cook open for about 15 minutes, season with salt, pepper and oregano, mix in arugula. Layer lasagna sheets alternately with mozzarella and mushroom ragout in an ovenproof greased lasagna dish, finish with mozzarella. Drizzle with the remaining oil and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
