A cake recipe for all foodies:

Flour, crumbled milk, sugar, yeast, salt, fat, vanilla sugar and eggs in a wide form and prepare with the mixer or possibly the food processor about 5 min to a dough. Preheat the oven to 50 °C for 5 minutes, turn it off and let the covered dough rise in the oven for 15 minutes. Add pistachios, washed raisins and diced candied orange peel, knead again briefly and let rise for another 15 min. Shape dough on floured surface into 2 long rolls, twist into a cord and join into a wreath. Let rise for 20 min.

Mix egg yolks with water, brush the cake with it. Place the wreath on a prepared baking sheet. Place a porcelain or possibly metal dish in the center, bake.

160 to 180 degrees , convection oven

approx. 40 min

Sift powdered sugar, if necessary, stir with juice of one lemon, coat the wreath with it, sprinkle with pistachios. Place colored eggs in the center.
