Heat fat and honey in a saucepan. Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer until creamy. Mix both with almond kernels, lemon zest, spices, flour and baking powder and knead into a smooth dough. refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out the dough on the floured surface to about 5 mm thick and cut out hearts about 3 cm in size. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a heated oven.
Circuit: 180 to 200 degrees , 2nd slide bar v. U.
160 to 180 °C , convection oven 10-12 min.
Cooling.
Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath. Stir the powdered sugar with the juice of one lemon. Coat half of the hearts with cooking chocolate, the other half with lemon glaze. Set.
