For the ham croissants, cut the ham into small cubes and mix with the chopped parsley leaves.

Roast the onion in some corn oil until golden brown, let it cool down and mix well with the garlic and an egg.

Pepper, season with salt and let rest.

Dust a baking board with flour, roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 triangles. Brush with the beaten egg, spread the ham mixture evenly on top and shape each triangle into a croissant.

Place them on the tray brushed with oil, brush with the remaining egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Bake in the heated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
