Instructions:

For the ham and egg dish, defrost the peas in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the ham into strips.

Whisk the eggs with the water vigorously. Season with pepper and salt. Heat fat in a coated frying pan. Cook onion in it for 3 minutes until golden. Add ham and brown briefly.

Pour the egg mixture over it and add the defrosted peas. Now let the egg mixture set over low heat, stirring with a spatula or wooden spoon until it is fluffy. The surface should still be a little soft.

Serve the ham and egg dish quickly.
