For the ginger-orange tea, pour boiling water over green tea, peeled and grated ginger and lemon balm plucked into small pieces.

After about 5 minutes, remove the tea bag. Then squeeze oranges (yields about 200 ml of orange juice) and add to the tea. Strain the ginger-orange tea and pour it into tea glasses or mugs.
