For the garlic sauce with saffron, place the unpeeled garlic in a small saucepan and steam for 2 min. covered with water.
Rinse and squeeze the garlic from the skins.
Soak saffron in 2 tbsp of the garlic water.
In a high mixing bowl, blend together the crème fraîche, saffron and garlic (hand blender).
Season the garlic sauce with saffron to taste with salt and pepper.
