First, boil the potatoes with the skin in salted water, peel while still warm and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices.
Peel and finely dice the onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, roast a part of the potato slices in it until evenly crispy, add the onion cubes.
Repeat the process until potatoes and onions are used up.
Season the fried potatoes with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a 2nd frying pan. Fry the eggs and serve with the fried potatoes.
