Ingredients are calculated for 4-8 people.
Clean the leek, rinse and cut into narrow rings. Together with the lettuce heart cut into narrow strips and the butter in a glass form. Steam at 850 watts for 3-4 min until soft. Stir in between. In the meantime, remove the peel from the potatoes and dice them. Add potato cubes, parsley sprigs, peas and 250ml clear soup and mix. Cook at 850 watts without lid for 4 min. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes at 85 watt. Then crush the vegetables, add 500ml hot clear soup. Add sugar cubes and heat at 850 watts for 4 minutes.
Add whipped cream, chopped mint and the sliced sausages to the soup and let stand for 5 min. closed. Serve garnished with a few mint leaves.
