Preheat oven in time to 220 degrees (convection oven: 200 degrees ).
Mix garlic with oil (I).
Put the dough on a baking tray, brush with garlic oil, cover with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake in the heated oven on the lowest shelf at 220 °C for 15-20 min. Sprinkle thyme over pizza 2 min before end of baking time.
After baking, drizzle pizza with oil (Ii) and sprinkle with a little coarse salt.
