For flambé bananas, melt butter in a skillet. Fry the peeled bananas, cut in half lengthwise, on both sides.

Now add the rum, let it get hot and light it. When the flame is extinguished, add the banana liqueur and lemon juice.

Let it get hot together with the bananas, stirring carefully, and serve.
