Heat the butter and let the diced onions become transparent, dice the apple and banana, sprinkle with lemon juice, steam briefly, stir in the curry powder, add the beer and beef broth and bring to the boil, cut the cod into pieces, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and add to the sauce. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, mix whipping cream with cornflour, thicken the sauce with it and simmer for another 10 minutes.
