For the fireplace grog, first prepare the fruit tea. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the two tea bags. Let the fruit tea steep for about 6-8 minutes and remove the bags.
Put the pot back on the stove and stir in the honey, brown sugar and lemon juice until everything is dissolved.
Divide the fireplace grog into 4 teacups and add a small bottle of rum (2cl) to each cup.
