For the feta lemon potatoes, wash the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the feta into small cubes and mix with the potatoes.
Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the feta and potato mixture and mix well. Put the mixture on an aluminum foil and pack it well. There should be no openings so that nothing leaks out.
