A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm and cover the tray with it, pricking it extensively with a fork.
Steam the bacon and onions in a pan without adding fat until translucent, cool.
Mix eggs, milk and curd cheese in a baking bowl, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (be careful with salt, because of bacon and cheese!). Add the cooled bacon and onion mixture and the grated cheese and stir thoroughly. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared dough base and bake the curd cake in the lower third of the heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Bring to the table hot.
