Cut the cooked, peeled potatoes into fine slices. Quarter the apples, core them and also cut into very fine slices. Put apples and potatoes in a large bowl and salt a little.
Peel carrots and grate finely. Clean young onions and cut diagonally into very fine rings. Add carrots and green onions to the bowl.
Cut mint into fine strips and add to potatoes along with raisins and almond slivers.
Peel the orange with a knife, cut out the fillets and collect the juice. Mix it with the yogurt, curry powder, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and some olive oil to a marinade and pour it over the salad.
Carefully mix everything together and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Season the salad with salt and serve garnished with the orange fillets.
