A great cake recipe for any occasion:

For the dough, mix flour with starch flour and baking powder, sift into a large enough bowl, mix with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, oil and eggnog and stir so that all ingredients are well mixed. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a heated oven at about 180 °C for about 60 minutes. Turn out onto a cooling rack and cool completely.

Boil the jam, strain it through a sieve and brush the cake with it while hot. Finally, cover the eggnog cake with the liquid chocolate glaze.
