Instructions:

For the multivitamin fruit tart, beat the butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar and fold in.

Pour the batter into a cake pan. Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Drain the peaches, cut 2 halves into wedges, cover the bottom with the rest. Mix the curd and sugar, whip the cream until stiff, add the vanilla sugar and fold into the curd mixture.

Dissolve the gelatine, stir into the curd mixture and pour onto the base. Smooth the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.

Then pour the 400 ml of multivitamin juice into a saucepan, add the packet of vanilla pudding and 3 tablespoons of sugar and bring to the boil while stirring.

Quickly spread the mixture on the curd cream. Refrigerate the multivitamin fruit tart for 3 hours. DONE!!
