For the cold yogurt soup with cherries, heat water, add compote juice and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar.
Stir flour in a little cold water until smooth and stir into the boiling compote water. Continue to simmer briefly, then remove from the hot stove. The soup should remain as liquid as possible.
Drizzle in lemon juice. Let the soup cool to slightly below room temperature and stir in the yogurt.
Pour the cold yogurt soup into a plate, add the cherries and serve garnished with mint leaves.
