For the Christmas stanitzel, first prepare the cream dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2mm. Cut out round cookies, form them into stanizels. Fill with pumpkin seed filling. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

If desired, dip pieces in chocolate icing.
