Instructions:

For the chocolate chili, brown the beef well in a large pot, remove from pot and set aside.

Brown the onion and garlic in the fat, add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add spices, deglaze with vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, except for the beans and chorizo. Simmer for about 2 hours (I usually leave it on the stove for at least 4 hours).

If it gets too thick, you can add beer or soup. Taste if the meat is already soft. Add beans and chorizo to the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes.
