For the cevapcici mince, onions, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper about 10 min (or longer) to mix well with each other and knead together.

Long kneading gives a good consistency. If you like, you can add a little paprika powder.

Cover the bowl with the mince and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce. For this, mix all the remaining ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Form rolls about the thickness of a thumb from the mince and fry or grill in hot oil. Serve the cevapcici with the hot sauce.
