For the cat’s eyes, beat the yolks with the sugar until foamy, mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir into the yolk mixture, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Bake at 220 °C for about 5-7 minutes. For the filling, beat eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy, carefully mix butter with melted chocolate, then combine both masses.

Spread about half of the prepared filling on the cooled dough, place a row of bananas to the left and right of the longwise one and then fold over the bananas from the left and from the right so that it looks like eyes.

Spread with remaining cream and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
