Instructions:

Toast coconut flakes in dry frying pan and cool.

Stir liqueur with egg yolks until gelatin melts according to instructions, stir into liqueur and cool until semi-stiff.

Whip cream until stiff, sweeten with vanilla sugar and fold in. Fold in the pineapple cubes as well.

Fill the cream into glasses and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
