Instructions:

Peel and dice the onion, cut the bacon and brown bread into cubes as well.

Heat the oil and fry the bacon and onion cubes, add the brown bread cubes and fry briefly, pour in the soup and cook for about 5 minutes until the bread cubes start to fall apart.

Stir well with a whisk and add the egg to the boiling soup. Serve garnished with chive rolls.
