Cream butter/yogurt and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the remaining ingredients and, if necessary, fold in a little more milk.
Fill the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 200 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the molds and perhaps dust with powdered sugar.
Cook with a pinch of cinnamon. Toss these apple strudel muffins to friends to eat.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
