Prepare leaf lettuce. Fry nuts in a coated pan, remove. Clean mushrooms, cut into fine slices. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry mushrooms heartily, remove and drain on paper towels.
Deglaze the roast stock with vinegar and place in a tall container. Select berries, carefully rinse and drain. Add half to vinegar form and crush well. Dressin with pepper, nut oil, salt and maple syrup to taste.
