For the autumn bread put flour in a bowl, crumble in yeast, add salt and so much water and knead until a smooth dough is formed.

Add ground almonds or nuts and carrots.

Knead for 3-4 minutes.

Let rise at 30°C in a combi steamer with 100% humidity for 20 minutes.

Place on a greased, floured baking sheet, cut several times at an angle and bake.
