Instructions:

For the apricot pralines, crumble the biscuits and cut the marzipan into small pieces. Knead with the remaining ingredients (except the apricot jam) with the dough hook.

Then roll out the mixture to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Spread with apricot jam.

For the chocolate glaze, heat butter with chocolate and let melt. Coat apricot pralines with chocolate glaze and decorate as desired. Chill and cut into pieces.
