For the aniseed bogs (without fat) preheat the oven to 75 degrees convection, line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking foil. Mix the egg with the powdered sugar (do not beat until foamy!), then mix in the flour quickly. Do not stir for long.
With a spoon, spread circles on the baking sheets (about 2 mm high) and sprinkle with aniseed. Bake the aniseed balls for about 10 minutes – they should only take on a slight color.
After baking, remove the cookies while they are still hot and bend them over a wooden spoon handle or over a narrow foam roll form. You really have to work quickly!
As soon as the dough circles are too cool, they can no longer be bent well or not at all.
