For the tangerine skake, peel the tangerines and squeeze the lime. Put the peeled tangerines together with the lime juice into a blender jar.

Add the plain yogurt, curd and oatmeal to the blender jar and blend until smooth.

Flavor the tangerine shake with vanilla sugar and sweeten with honey or sugar as desired. For an alcoholic cocktail variation, add 4 cl of cachaca per serving.

Serve the mixed drink on crushed ice.
