For the whole wheat rusk-banana porridge, crumble the rusk into a bowl. Heat the milk and empty it over the rusk crumbs.

Peel the banana, slice it and mash it with a fork to a fine pulp. You can also mash the banana slices with a hand blender. Stir the banana puree into the rusk porridge. Now stir butter into the wholemeal rusk banana porridge.
