Try this delicious cake recipe:
1. beat eggs with sugar for 10 min. in the kitchen machine.
Fold in flour. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake in the oven at 225 °C (gas: level 4) for approx. 6-8 min.
Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out, warm it with the juice of one lemon and let it melt. Fold into the yogurt with the whipped cream.
Whip the egg whites with the sugar until they form beaten egg whites and stir into the yogurt. Rinse strawberries, clean, quarter and mix gently.
Keep a few berries for garnish.
4. . Spread the bottom and sides of a cake pan (18 cm) with the sponge, put quantity on top. Place in refrigerator for about 5 hours. Garnish with strawberries.
