Instructions:

Knead flour with water, salt and bread liquor to a dough. Cover and leave to swell for one night.

Then knead in baking powder and Chufas nuts, adding a little more water if necessary.

Bake the bread in a greased loaf pan at 180 °C on the middle rack for one hour.
