For the marble oil cake with spelt and kamut, put some of the water in a small bowl and dissolve the cocoa powder in it.
Beat the oil, yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add the water and rum and mix well. Mix the flours, baking powder and almonds and fold into the yolk mixture together with the beaten egg white.
Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold prepared with butter and breadcrumbs. To the remaining third, add the cocoa mixture, stir well and fill all around in the cake pan.
Bake the marble oil cake with spelt and kamut for about 50 minutes at 180 °C (depending on the oven).
