Scampi fried in garlic Gung Krathiam Prig Thai

Cut the crab tails lengthwise at the back. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok and add crab tails. Brown the crayfish tails for two minutes. Pour off 3/4 of the oil and add garlic, pepper and salt. Roast everything together for another two minutes and then pour off all the oil and serve the crayfish tails on the spot.
Tip: Bring to the table together with a peanut sauce or possibly dip.
