Drain the artichokes in a sieve and cut into quarters. Olives cut into slices from the stone. Cut dried tomatoes into thin strips. Finely chop onion and garlic.
Season char fillets with salt and turn them in flour on the other side. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the char fillets for 2 min. on each side at high temperature. Remove and keep warm. Add remaining oil to frying pan and sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Extinguish with white wine.
Add artichokes, olives and tomatoes. Reduce the wine by half over medium heat.
4. add basil, season with salt and season with pepper. Serve the char with the sauce.
