Instructions:

For thei pancakes mix flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt to a smooth batter. Fry thin pancakes and keep warm.

Boil milk with the pudding powder, let it cool down a bit. Stir in sugar, chocolate and yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully.

Fill the pancakes with the cream, roll them up and sprinkle with grated nuts.
