Roughly chop the washed, cleaned strawberries and cook with orange juice, lemon zest and juice and preserving sugar according to package directions.
Halve, seed and finely chop the chili pepper and add to the saucepan with the chili flakes, simmer. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the jam mixture, stopping it from boiling.
Pour the mixture into twist-off jars and let cool.
