Rinse iceberg lettuce and dry with salad spinner.

Heat oil in a wok. Sweat chopped garlic in the frying pan, add minced meat and roast. Break the iceberg lettuce by hand and add to the meat. Add the washed crab tails and season. Bind with potato flour.
