For the Czech apricot cake, bake the rum flavored baking powder dough in a springform pan for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, do not remove from the pan.
Grate the curd cheese with the yolks, lemon zest, powdered sugar and hazelnuts, stir in the apricots and fold in the beaten egg whites.
Spread this mixture on the finished cake. Mix flour, butter, granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apricot mixture. Bake the Czech apricot cake in the oven at 170° C for 30-40 minutes.
