A cake recipe for all foodies:
Cover a baking tray (260 mm for 4 unit(s)) with the dough.
Separate the potatoes from the skin, grate them on the Bircher grater and mix with the Sbrinz.
Mix all the remaining ingredients, season with salt, nutmeg seasoning and pepper and fold into the potato mixture.
Spread this mixture on the cake dough and bake the potato cake on the lowest rack of the oven heated to 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot on the table, e.g. with a leaf salad.
