For the hash browns, melt some butter in a large frying pan and briefly sauté the bacon and onion. Add the chilli and garlic and finally the minced meat. Sauté vigorously.
Scald the peas briefly in hot water and rinse with cold water. Cook the pasta in salted water until it is not too soft, strain it and let it cool down a bit.
Beat the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper and mix in the parsley. Put minced meat, peas and pasta in a shallow roasting pan, mix well and spread the egg mixture over it. Top with cheese slices and bake the hash browns in the oven until the cheese melts.
