Cut onions and pumpkin into cubes, sauté in fat and deglaze with soup. Cook for 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve and refine with whipped cream. Season with pepper, Tabasco, salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Garnish with parsley and Krem Fraische.
